What to Expect
• Full-day mediations are scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Half-day mediations are scheduled from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM
• Mediations may be conducted in person or by Zoom
• Complimentary lunch is provided for full-day mediations and may be selected from Brookhaven Pub, Boggies Deli, or Foxridge Pizza
• Coffee, Water, Soda, Snacks, Free Parking and Wi-Fi

Fees and Payment
The mediation rate is $250.00 per hour with a four hour minimum.
Payment for the four hour minimum is required prior to mediation. Please advise your client that they will be responsible for any time incurred beyond the minimum.
A copy of the mediation agreement will be emailed upon completion of the scheduling form.
